How we are approaching DevOps and AI
Together with AWS, we are pairing joint go-to-market programs with tighter technical integrations so builders can move faster without trading away control. This work is designed to help startups, generative AI teams, and regulated industries such as healthcare and financial services launch on AWS while meeting frameworks like SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, and ISO 27001. The goal is practical and people-centered. Give teams a clear path to production where the right guardrails are built in and the busywork fades into the background.
At a technical level, our approach treats AI in DevOps as an orchestration challenge. Requests carry live context so agents can act with precision. A shared tool layer, based on open standards, connects agents to AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability without custom glue. Humans stay in the loop through approvals and audit, and access follows least privilege through your existing roles. The result is simple to use. Agents move work forward, show their work, and keep you in control.
A cornerstone of this next chapter is agentic AI that does real work inside your AWS account. With easy access to frontier models through Amazon Bedrock, we are introducing AI agents that are purpose built for DevOps. These agents help teams build and deploy infrastructure, enforce security policies, and respond to incidents with the speed and precision of an expert engineer. Humans remain in control through approvals, audit trails, and clear visibility into what changed and why. The result is not another tool to watch. It is a teammate who shares the load.
